Active cooperation replying to student queries:
- Correct profile on the website (all answers, photo)
- Answering student queries per email
- Copy in our email address ambassadors@studyin.cz in each of your emails!
- FB group – posts, answers
- FAQ Ambassadors on our website – info if you’re not sure
- Leave more technical queries to us and send the email to info@studyin.cz
- Share your experience of studying and living in the Czech Republic
- Reply within 3 business days -> if not = reminder from STUDY IN -> further 3 business days with no reply -> not mentioned on the website anymore
- Never ask for any personal details, GDPR, passport information!
- Be positive :-)

- STUDY IN, not Study in (Study in the Czech Republic is okay)
- GDPR consent on our website and for events if required
- For events / campaigns – adhering to our rules and branding, specific rules and branding
requirements will be sent per email before the event
